We are looking for talent

Vibe Coder

We're looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Vibe Coder to join our team.  This role is at the intersection of technology and human-centered design. The ideal candidate will be a wizard with prompt engineering, capable of translating abstract ideas and emotional tones into tangible, functional application prototypes. You won't be building production-level code, but rather the core "feel" and flow of an application, ensuring its "vibe" is on point. You will serve as the bridge between concept and development, helping us quickly iterate on new ideas.

Startup Development Team

Open position:

Vibe Coder

Role Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prototype Creation: Build fast, functional application prototypes using a variety of no-code, low-code, and prompt-based tools.

  • Prompt Engineering: Design, test, and refine complex prompt sequences to generate desired outcomes, behaviors, and content from large language models (LLMs). This includes configuring and optimizing prompts to achieve a specific emotional tone or user experience.

  • Vibe Translation: Translate high-level conceptual ideas, brand guidelines, and target user emotions into specific, actionable prompt configurations.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with designers, product managers, and developers to understand project goals and deliver prototypes that accurately reflect the intended user journey.

  • Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of prompt sequences, configurations, and prototype behaviors to ensure seamless hand-off to the development team.

  • A/B Testing: Conduct rapid A/B testing on different prompt sequences to optimize for performance and user experience.

Qualifications:

  • High-Level English Proficiency: An exceptional command of the English language is non-negotiable. You must be able to articulate nuanced ideas and understand subtle contextual cues.

  • Experience with Prompt Engineering: Proven experience in configuring and optimizing prompts for LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, LLaMA, etc.).

  • Prototyping Skills: Familiarity with a range of prototyping tools and platforms (e.g., Figma, Framer, Webflow, or specific AI-driven tools).

  • Creative Mindset: The ability to think abstractly and creatively, seeing beyond traditional code to a world of linguistic and logical sequences.

  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure every word and phrase in a prompt serves a specific purpose.

  • Communication Skills: Strong collaborative skills and the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with user experience (UX) design principles.

  • A portfolio showcasing previous prompt engineering or prototyping projects.

  • Familiarity with Python or other scripting languages for minor automations.
