We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity / GRC Specialist to lead the technical execution of the Digital (NIS2) face of our consultancy framework.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct GAP Analyses and Security Classifications (EIR) per Hungarian Law (Act XXIII of 2023).

• Develop Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) and mandatory policy sets (Incident Response, BCP, DRP).

• Perform risk assessments and define technical controls (MFA, encryption, logging).

• Prepare documentation for official SZTFH audits and support the client during the audit process.

Requirements:

• Tier 2 SOC experience

• Deep knowledge of Hungarian Act XXIII of 2023 and Government Decree 7/2024.

• Certifications: CISA, CISM, CISSP, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer is mandatory.

• Experience in mid-to-large cap Hungarian or international manufacturing/defense sectors.

• Ability to translate technical jargon into executive-level "Risk & Value" language.
